  11. binary files.    Also included is a  "file-shredder" utility  that deletes 
  12. files so thoroughly that no data can be recovered from them.   The $3 reg-
  13. istration includes  a free update  and by-mail consultation on the  use of 
  14. the system and on cryptography in general.
